Just go out and look for life!

O.K. So I honestly do think that artists see differently.  No, wait maybe not SEE differently, they just SEE.

I know I look for shapes and textures, and I find them all the time. You just have to be observant. Stop looking at your cel phones and instead, really look at life.

The main problem, as I see it. is that people are so busy with life, the REAL life tends to flow right by them seemingly unnoticed. For me the joys in life are small, sometimes hardly noticeable, now maybe that's because of my brain aneurysm...I'm not sure.  I am sure though when you talk to anyone that has survived a near death experience is that their lives change dramatically. They start appreciating the little things. Now being an artist I happen to appreciate more visually. The paint above was on the back of a truck, if you weren't looking you would have missed it. To me , it's a beautiful abstract in the making.

I love finding these little treasures, so take your camera out today and go find some treasures, it's an interesting journey. Open your eyes, your mind, expand your consciousness, and look below the surface.
