So I believe you should surround yourself with beautiful things.
One of those things is original art. I really believe everyone should own a piece
of "REAL" art.
Real art is a moment in time, it gives you a peak into someone's thoughts, fears, dreams, or what their experience was at a given time or place. It could be their interpretation of a feeling, a passage of music, a dialogue, or a concept of critical thinking. It allows one to share their heart, that's when it gets interesting. We are pack animals, when we feel close to each other it brings and creates empathy. THAT is a good thing, anything that helps to build caring about others, right?.
This is why I have created Lil Bitties.....they're Lil Bits of original art to keep, collect, share, and give. They are my working artist mind in action, they are little studies, some a lot quicker than others, some just color or texture gestures, some more detailed pieces that I might be working on for a larger canvas. They might be a quick color study, a test of a new material, or just an instant note jotted down to myself. A fleeting moment in time, a thought passing, a leaf drifting thru the breeze, all inspirations for my art in tangible form.
Hope you like my new Lil Bitties, they start at 9 inches and go up from there.....They also look great in a tight little assemblage, and bring color to a small space or a table top. They fit great into small spaces, and come unframed so its your choice on how to set it off best.
